About the work

A somewhat tongue-in-cheek exploration of the mythical ‘lost’ BWV 666 being re-worked with the BWV 1052 theme. At a time when there seemed to be a dearth of new student ensemble material (many years ago) Ron Hilrip created this unusual arrangement of one of Bach’s finest themes.
